Well Thank goodness for the good things in life. I will admit I am lucky when it comes to those......a loving family, beauty all around me, you know things you just can't buy. Got a letter from the property managers today, as of Sept. the rent will be going from $750. amonth to $800.! I can't afford the $750. I moved here going on 6 years ago and the rent was $695. It seems every time something bad happend in my financial life, they raised the rent. It's not worth it 2 bedrooms no yard 6 other apts with "mean" neighbors. I sure could use that loan right now, worse than ever.
So if you are willing to invest your money for 10 years and get a fair return for it plus that warm fuzzy feeling of helping out a fellow human I'd love to hear from you. In the mean time, thanks for letting me b*t#h. Take time to see the good and beautiful all around you...it's there.
